Clinical Supervision
I am a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Clinical Social Workers and Registered Mental health Counselors seeking professional licensure in Florida, and for post-licensed mental health professionals who seek ongoing supervision after licensure. My experience includes training mental health interns and practicum students, and teaching assessment and counseling skills to undergraduate and graduate students.
Education & Training
I have a master’s degree (MSW) in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati, with a specialty in Mental Health. My internship was completed at University Hospital on a behavioral health research floor and at the Cincinnati VAMC on a dual diagnosis unit in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Continuing education is a priority for me, as it allows me to stay up to date with the latest research, interventions, and ethical standards. My master’s degree in social work with a specialization in Mental Health, along with my extensive training in areas such as grief counseling, substance use treatment, multicultural counseling, and professional ethics, ensures that I provide the highest level of care to my clients.
Leadership & Service
With over 20 years of experience in psychotherapy, clinical mental health counseling, relationship counseling, grief counseling, and more, I have developed the ability to create a safe and therapeutic environment for clients. My experience in training mental health interns and students as a Qualified Supervisor highlights my commitment to fostering the growth and development of future mental health professionals.
I am a current member of the National Association of Social Workers and the Florida State Guardianship Association.

I am enthusiastic about professional ethics and committed to supporting ethical practices throughout the profession of mental health counseling. I adhere to multiple Codes of Ethics, including the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), Florida Certification Board (FCB), and Office of Public & Professional Guardians (OPPG).
Consultation for Professionals
I offer clinical consultation and support for mental health professionals who encounter challenging cases, substance use issues, dual diagnosis concerns, burnout, compassion fatigue, secondary traumatization, administration, practice development, and practice management. Consultation aims to enhance professional development and provide guidance in navigating complex clinical situations.
